Overall we were very pleased with the whole move, saying that we thought it was the best move (which we worked out we had done 9 times!) we have ever experienced. The whole move went off smoothly and efficiently and was carried out in a pleasant, friendly and reassuring manner with no cause for us to worry about anything. We were asked what items we would like to be available immediately on commencement of the off load so that such items, eg bed and critical rugs/carpets which needed to be laid before placement of larger items of furniture were put in position.
We were amazed at the speed of packing of all sorts of items, nothing seemed to present the men with any problems whatsoever and nothing was chipped, bent or broken at all.

They also listened to what we wanted which made the whole process so much less stressful.
